Block Three is a microbrewery proudly located in the village of St. Jacobs.   

Since 2013, we have been focused on artisan small-batch beers that showcase the craftsmanship of our brewers.   Come visit our bottle shop and tasting room to try a wide-range of styles and see where we make our beer.

CORE BEERS

King St. Saison

Belgian style saison - 4.6%

Light, refreshing aroma of citrus, flowers and bubble gum.  Spicy and hay-like malt flavours, balanced bitterness with a dry finish. 

Fickle Mistress

Dry-hopped Kettle Sour - 5.5%

Bright, citrus and lemony aroma from the overnight souring process and a healthy dose of citra and mosaic hops.  Light-bodied with a dry finish.  Flavour is tart at first with a mild bitterness and heavy hop-driven flavours of citrus fruits and melon.  

Beauty & The Belgian

Belgian Amber Ale - 6.3% 

Notes of fruit and spice from the Belgian yeast accompanied by a slight sweetness from the caramel malts.

ROTATIONAL BEERS

Hollinger

Helles Lager - 4.5%

Pale, dry, and crispy. Light floral and hay aroma, medium bodied, with a light sweet malt flavour and dry finish.

Jaromir

Czech Lager - 5.0%

 A Czech Lager dry-hopped with Czech Saaz hops to give it a earthy/grassy note.  Highly crushable.

Sugar Bush Brown

Maple Syrup Brown Ale - 6.0%

Our once-a-year release of Sugar Bush Brown, a brown ale brewed with 2018 maple syrup from a forest less than 5km from the brewery.   It has a touch of sweetness, with maple and coffee notes.   

Dead Now

Belgian Dubbel - 8.4%

A Belgian classic. Aromas of rum and raisin with a slight warmth on the finish. Liquid love in a glass.

1-UP

Double NEIPA - 8.7%

Our Imperial IPA originally brewed for our 100th brew. Citrus, tropical fruit and melons on the nose and a light body with low bitterness for the style make this a dangerous IIPA.

Grisette

Foeder-aged Belgian Table Beer - 3.5%

A Belgian table beer aged in our oak foeder for 6-months.  Light oak and tartness with a refreshing and easy drinking mouthfeel.
