Block Three is a microbrewery proudly located in the village of St. Jacobs.   

Since 2013, we have been focused on artisan small-batch beers that showcase the craftsmanship of our brewers.   Come visit our bottle shop and tasting room to try a wide-range of styles and see where we make our beer.

King St. Saison

Belgian style saison - 4.6%

Light, refreshing aroma of citrus, flowers and bubble gum.  Spicy and hay-like malt flavours, balanced bitterness with a dry finish. 

Fickle Mistress

Dry-hopped Kettle Sour - 5.5%

Bright, citrus and lemony aroma from the overnight souring process and a healthy dose of citra and mosaic hops.  Light-bodied with a dry finish.  Flavour is tart at first with a mild bitterness and heavy hop-driven flavours of citrus fruits and melon.  

Beauty & The Belgian

Belgian Amber Ale - 6.3% 

Notes of fruit and spice from the Belgian yeast accompanied by a slight sweetness from the caramel malts.

Hollinger

Helles Lager - 4.5%

Pale, dry, and crispy. Light floral and hay aroma, medium bodied, with a light sweet malt flavour and dry finish.

Noon on a Weekday

American IPA - 5%

A big punch of lemon and orange in the aroma and low bitterness. Perfect for a weekday pint. 20 IBU.

Frankenstout

Session Stout - 5.0%

A monster in the making, the body is full and rich of roasted & caramelized malts alike, while still finishing dry.  

Fickle Mistress w/Blueberry + Cranberry

Fruited Kettle Sour- 5.5

Our dry hopped kettle sour with added Blueberry and Cranberry for a tart and fruity finish.

Ocular Pat Down

Philly IPA - 7.0%

This Wild Card of a Philly IPA needed to be cleared for passage. You have to cultivate mass to master karate, friendship and this dank IPA.

Master P

Cream Ale - 5%

Traditional cream ale with 2 row malt and corn give it a light body and light sweetness.

LIMITED RELEASE

Hype w/Passion Fruit

Foeder-aged Rustic Saison - 6.5%

Hype is a saison base aged in foeder fermented with a house culture of brettanomyces and bacteria.  The base beer is lightly tart with a light fruity funk, and slight oak vanilla flavour.  The passion fruit adds a complex fruit flavours with an added sour punch

Grisette

Foeder-aged Belgian Table Beer - 3.5%

A Belgian table beer aged in our oak foeder for 6-months.  Light oak and tartness with a refreshing and easy drinking mouthfeel.

Mauve

Barrel Aged Sour Golden Ale w/Raspberries - 6.5%

Fermented and aged in oak barrels then transferred onto Raspberries and aged for 6 months.
